The shipping methods utilized by UpFront Trading are based on zone rates and are as follows:
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Flat Rate Envelope
- UPS Ground
- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air Saver
- UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.
- UPS Next Day Air

The default shipping method used in the USA is UPS Ground. When Free Shipping is offered in the USA the default shipping method is used.
Orders are shipped within 2-7 business days in the continental USA,the exception being for holidays which may require at most 1-2 additional days. International orders requiring freight forwarding services will take a bit longer in order to finalize shipping and payment arrangements.
UpFront Trading will ship products internationally. A minimum order may be required for international orders.
Yes. The restocking fee for returns is set at 15%.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges on all returns except where there is a manufacturer defect.
Yes. Please request a return authorization number at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping any returns.
We will replace all defective products received by our valued customers at no cost to them, but we will not be held liable for damages caused by the freight carrier.
We offer free shipping on orders $99 plus.
